I created How To Talk So He Steps Up: THE Podcast for women who are holding everything together.

More than 10.000 of them follow my work now.

But I use it too.

Because I was the woman running the house, the mood, and the relationship before I ever coached anyone.
 

By 12 I was running a household.
By 26 I was managing international teams.
By 35 peace still felt like a full‑time job.

 

I have coached women from different countries, ages, and careers.

The pattern is the same.

They are exhausted to be the one everyone leans on... but no one supports.

 

This is my life’s work we are talking about. So when I say this approach is dialed in, understand what that means. I built it to replace the way I used to burn myself out. And it works. It has done more for my clients than years of “trying to communicate better.”

Hi. Maty here.

I am the French woman with the soft accent and the sharp questions.

The one who will look at you kindly and then ask the thing no one else has dared to say out loud.

 

Yes, I have spent years coaching women through burnout, resentment, and relationship exhaustion. Yes, I have seen the same pattern play out across cultures, incomes, and personality types.

And yes, I will tell you the truth, even when it is uncomfortable. Especially then.

I have lived this from the inside.

I know what it is to be the responsible one, the organized one, the “strong” one.

I know how invisible you can feel when everyone assumes you have it.I do not coach to make you smaller or “easier to love.” I coach to make you visible to yourself again.

Now here is what you may not know: I built this work because I needed it. I was the woman over‑functioning for everyone. I thought being “good” meant being quiet, agreeable, and endlessly understanding. Peace cost me myself.

What started as me trying to understand my own patterns turned into something women kept asking for.

Session after session, the same dynamics appeared. The same sentences. The same tired smile. It became obvious this could not stay behind closed doors.

That is how How To Talk So He Steps Up: THE Podcast was born.
