I created Heal With Nayo for people who have already tried.

I do this work because I lived in that gap myself.
On paper, everything looked fine.
Inside, my system was on permanent alert.
Over the years I trained in Advanced Thought Field Therapy
at the voice‑technology level and started working with real people:
Adults who had not left the house in months.
Kids ruled by nightmares.
Entrepreneurs who froze every time they tried to be seen.

Hi. I’m Nayo.
I am an Advanced Thought Field Therapy practitioner, trained at the voice‑technology level, and for years now people have come to me when nothing else has worked.
I have worked with adults who could not leave the house,
kids gripped by relentless nightmares,
and entrepreneurs who shut down every time they tried to be seen.
Across countries and cultures, the pattern is the same:
once the nervous system feels safe again,
their life starts to come back.

I’m French, and I have lived across continents.
In Senegal they call me “le marabout toubab,” the white healer, because I help clear the things you cannot always see, but you absolutely feel.

I am not someone who loves talking about myself.
I would much rather talk about your life getting lighter.
But you deserve to know who is sitting with you
when you let someone into the most tender parts of your story.
What you may not know is that I did not set out to “be a healer.” I built this work because I needed it first.
My own system knew what it was to live in permanent alert. It knew how to look “fine” on the outside while parts of me were still frozen in old moments.
Finding Thought Field Therapy felt like being handed a key.
Training to the advanced voice‑technology level gave me a way to unlock patterns gently, precisely, and at a distance.
What began as my personal path to relief became the way I now sit with others whose bodies are still holding on to fear, panic, or shutdown long after their minds have tried to move on.
